My Therapy Focus
I work with clients in group and individual sessions on issues pertaining to personal growth, anxiety, addiction and trauma. I strive to help clients create meaning from their experiences and purpose for their lives. My counseling style is client-centered. I see each client as a unique individual. I try not to make assumptions about the inner or outer worlds of my clients; instead I aim to listen and understand.
