I am an emphatic, compassionate, psycho-dynamically trained psychotherapist with over ten years of experience helping people do the courageous work necessary to make meaningful, transformative changes in their lives. I believe that that what is helpful is different for each person. What makes a difference is talking to someone you like, someone who you feel is on your side, and who you believe genuinely wants to hear what you have to say.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is based on: empathy, mutual trust and unconditional positive regard. Together, we will talk about the things that matter most to you in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I've found that therapy is an opportunity to have an unique relationship that to have a different kind of exchange that is focused on your needs and goals. It's a conversation worth having.
