Relationships are at the core of our existence; they sustain us and nourish us. When our relationships are under stress - due to conflict, life transitions, stress, and/or communication issues - we, in turn, are under stress and we suffer. My goal as a therapist is to improve relationships to create a life that is fulfilling and meaningful for each of my clients. I use a compassionate approach to understand the people I work with and to help them develop and reach goals that are going to bring them the contentment they seek.

I accept Medicare and Cigna as an insurance payment option, and otherwise accept out-of-pocket pay. My fee is $80/hr with the option of using a sliding-scale to lower your fee if needed.
